A proud native New Yorker and Rockaway resident, Elise has built a globally recognized career as an educator, trainer, and stylist. Her deep-seated passion for education and business acumen is evident in her impressive journey, which includes owning and successfully operating multiple salons and spas In Brooklyn and Long Island. As a former education director,she has played a pivotal role in shaping, training and mentoring countless beauty professionals. Now, as co-founder of Wave, Elise is dedicated to empowering both clients & beauty professionals. The vision for Wave Wellness RBNY is to provide the Rockaway’s and the Tri-State area with exceptional services delivered by some of the industry's very best beauty and medical professionals.

Kristen is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with over 15 years experience in cardiac surgery, outpatient care, and medical aesthetics. She is passionate about customized skincare and making patients feel and look amazing. When not taking care of clients, Kristen can usually be found with her family in Rockaway.

Nino, founder of Beauty Incorporate, is a licensed esthetician , Hydrafacialist & Makeup Artist since 2015. Nino has over 9 years experience in Film and TV. She has led makeup teams on Oscar nominated & Tribeca winning films. Nino has trained at the Aveda Institute of New York and Makeup Designory (MUD). She specializes in Bridal & SPFX. She is TBD’s premier makeup artist, offering in-studio and hose call appointments for both hair (styling) and makeup application. She is also trained in Sculpting and Buccal facial massage. She is highly sought after for brow artistry and body waxing as well. Nino is fluent in English, Georgian and Russian. She is dedicated to personalized skin care and education, ensuring every client and student achieve their best glow.
